When you purchase Footlogics orthotics your walking comfort is guaranteed! If our product does not provide you with the level of comfort you expected, please return the goods within 90 days of purchase (with your receipt) and we will refund the cost of the orthotics in full, no questions asked.
Even if you have worn the orthotics for a while and/or have trimmed the orthotics with scissors, you will still be able to receive a full refund on the orthotics. As soon as we have received the orthotics back from you, we credit your credit card or Paypal account.
To return your orthotics, you should mail your orthotics to: 33 Hamilton Street Tauranga, 3110, New Zealand. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. Your refund will be for the full cost of the orthotics purchased less the cost of any shipping when you ordered the orthotics.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
